Supported Devices

The ArtPositive theme is currently only tested for Nokia 6500 Slide devices.

Troubleshooting

• Check if your phone has enough storage space to install the theme, you need at least 1 megabyte (Mb) of space to install without any problems. Try moving some of the files on your phone's storage to the memory card. It is always good to have as much space available on your phone's storage, load the memory card as full as you want!

• If you purchased your phone quite a while ago, try updating your firmware, there is 1 of 2 ways you can do this:

1) From the phone: Go to: Settings > Phone > Phone Updates  (can be expensive!)

2) Using the Nokia Software Update Tool. Download here! (USB cable required)

•  Sometimes memory cards get corrupted and slow down your phone. Back up and then format your memory card. Once formatted copy your files back.
